Indie Film # 2- Room in Independent Film-2016

At one point in this movie my heart is racing and i am shaking, hoping above all hopes that this works out, that Jack and Joy make it out of Room.

The emotional rivet of this movie is not contrived. Highly recommended.

Room is up for several academy awards and there is a lot of writing out there about it. A Irish/Canadian collaboration, 25ish year old Joy has been kept in one room for the past 7 years, after she was abducted by “Old Nick”. She has a 5 year old son, Jack, who is just learning from Joy that the outside world is “real” and not “tv.”

Go for it, watch it!
