

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into one-inch cubes.
Toss cubed sweet potatoes with ¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup honey, cinnamon, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Put cubed sweet potatoes on a cookie sheet and cook for one hour.
Create an 18” by 24” piece of tinfoil and place salmon in the middle.
Lightly sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic salt on salmon.
Place two cubes of butter on each piece of salmon.
Build a tent out of tinfoil over salmon.
Place in oven with sweet potatoes for 25 minutes.
Make boxed quinoa and brown rice on stovetop.
