Remember in Random Thoughts

I had a rideshare for my trip to and from the hotsprings this weekend. It was a nice kick in for gas money, plus we got along famously. While we were talking and sharing our (oh-so) similar life stories, two connections popped into my head. I want to bring them up in counseling tomorrow.

1. Bad mushroom trips when i was in college, about age 19. Feeling as if i was dying and it. was. horrible. The one piny piece of me that kept enough touch with self to know that, eventually, this is going to end. Perhaps this has something to play into my need for emotional control.

2. Boundaries and my father. Enough said here.
