Christianity in Chunky giblets

The problem I have with Christianity is that it doesn’t understand that a supreme being is incapable of being absolute good or absolute evil. If God were absolute good then the genocide of the flood could not possibly have happened as the Bible says it did; he would have been incapable of such an evil. But, it could be reasoned that his warning to Noah wasn’t so much of a “hey, people piss me off, so I’ll be drowning them all”, as it was “hey, there’s a flood coming and I’m warning you cause you’re one of good guys left”. In the latter case though, the concept of God being vengeful or jealous is laughable, invalidating quite a bit of human teaching about God and religion through the ages.

So shove it up your ass.
