    Cycle II, Week 4: Upper B

    Yesterday's nutrition: Poor.
    Last night's sleep: 7 hours.

    Chins: 3 @ BW
    5, 5, 6 @ +15 lbs (+5 lbs)
    DB Press: 5 @ 30 lbs
    5, 5, 5 @ 47.5 lbs (+2.5 lbs)

    Cable Row: 5 @ 66 lbs
    10, 10, 8 @ 110 lbs (+6 lbs)
    DB Bench Press: 5 @ 35 lbs
    10, 10, 12 @ 55 lbs (+2.5 lbs)

    EZ-BB Curl: 10, 10, 9 @ 55 lbs
    Tricep Pushdown: 10, 8, 6 @ 60 lbs (+5 lbs)

    Crux of workout: 64 minutes

I woke up wondering if I was going to have any energy at all. It’s clear that once I drop my calories, I’m going to have to add a day of rest. So basically instead of a seven-day cycle, an 8 day cycle of upper/lower/cardio/rest/repeat. My legs are sore, but it’s actually my shoulders I’m keeping an eye on. I’ve hit five weeks consistency, so I’m kind of looking forward to “earned” rest. MUST AVOID BURNOUT.

Chins finally feeling better.

Saturdays seem to be busier than weekdays at the gym. It takes a bit more focus.
