    BB Bench Press: 5 @ 45, 95 lbs
    5, 5, 8 @ 140 lbs
    DB One-Arm Row: 5 @ 30, 50 lbs
    5, 5, 6 @ 75 lbs

    DB Press:
    10, 10, 12 @ 30 lbs
    Wide-Grip Lat Pull:
    10, 10, 12 @ 104 lbs

    Reverse Fly: 10, 10, 12 @ 8 lbs
    One-Arm Cable Lateral Raise: 10, 10, 12 @ 7 lbs

    Crux of workout: 50 minutes

Managing to beat most of my previous workouts despite not optimizing nutrition. It’s encouraging, to say the least.
