    Yesterday's nutrition: Poor.
    Last night's sleep: 7 hours.

    DB Press: 5 @ 25 lbs
    5, 5, 11 @ 40 lbs
    Chins: 3 @ BW
    5, 5, 6 @ BW

    DB Bench Press: 5 @ 30 lbs
    10, 10, 11 @ 47.5 lbs
    Cable Row: 5 @ 66 lbs
    10, 10, 13 @ 99 lbs

    Tricep Pushdown: 10, 8, 7 @ 55 lbs
    EZ-BB Curl: 10, 10, 13 @ 45 lbs

    Crux of workout: 52 minutes

I’m hoping the semi-daily chins (which I’m not logging) help, because I feel weak as hell. I may need to just jump back into weighted chins and do what I can.

More or less just focused on my twelve sets of deadlifts for tomorrow’s workout. Keeping it simple, nothing fancy, nothing extra. Just get in, deadlift, and leave.

Still feeling very unattractive, but I remind myself “Dude that’s the reason you’re doing this.” I amuse myself.
