April - No Pranking - in Plan B

It is hard for me to belive it’s April all ready. This year is just zipping by. Saturday is a Blood Moon. A full moon eclipse that will be blood red. I am sure it will play a part of alot of moods that day.
I did actually make a meal tonight for the first time in a lllllllllong time. A simple veg head meal....zukes and squash, toms and onion along with olive oil and butter fried more or less or heavy ass simmer topped with assigo cheese. Simple good and fast. I also want to make a tort soup. Simmer onions, toms, and shrooms and garlic. Add veg broth heat thru and add cheese torts then throw in some spinache for fun. O! Forgot philly cream cheese cut into chunks add that in the end. Wella. A nice home made soup with in a half hour. Slowly I am getting my old self back and it feels good.
Jerri called me tonight but I was walkin the dogs then time slipped by I will catch up with sometime this week. I hope she is doing ok. I miss her.
So looking forward to saturday and having the day off ~ need it bad.
