Hate is a strong word but I HATE shin splints. I know they are common for new runners. I'm going to try stretching more and warming up better.
Tuesday I did 1.5 miles on a treadmill and .75 on the elliptical Wednesday I did 2.5 miles around my house Thursday I rest, hard core rest!!!
PMS has killed me this week too! Not sure if I'll make my 11 mile goal in the next 3 days but I will push to what I get.
