Been a while in Plan B

Sitting on a tuesday night and watching Chicago Fire with the A/C on. It went from cold and crappy to hot and foggy. 85 degrees today. The mornings are muggy damp and begging for some kind of wind to blow.
Back up then move forward…my computer wouldn’t allow me to log in with my password. It would not accept one letter at a time but the whole thing so that was one snafu. Then on saturday it rained like a summer day....all day. Poured it’s lil heart out. Needless to say Get Rescued got canceled. I laid on the couch and slept. Felt wonderful.
Sunday did my lady and it went smooth. Now yesturday was jury duty. O my whadda day! I got chosen quickly but it lasted all most of the day. Walmart vs this dumbass lady. Here is the long story - short. She was a walmart employee picked up a scrip from the pharmacy and she takes one med and it was a different medicine. Pharmacy’s fault. But instead of saying - Hey you guys messed up - She took it then suffered from the stupid mistake SHE made ( something about low blood sugar ect. ect) and now wants money not only now but in the future for whatever may occurer. O! This happened in 2008. Seriously? Now this gets better…I worked for that very walmart in crack town 10 years ago. The store mang. was sitting right there on the plantiff’s side. A lil chubbier and grayer but as plain as day right there. They wouldn’t take me off the case. Finally at 3:15 they settled out of court and let us go. Got paid a whole whopping $15 for the day. Ugh.
I seen karma happen today too. Funny how things happen isn’t it? I took care of a couple some time back. A husband who is a VA WW 2 that lived close to me. They wanted there “favorite” girl to take care of him instead of me. Fine. For about 10 minutes I was upset. Well now guess who called? She wants someone to put her lil hubby to bed from 8p to 9p friday,saturday and sunday nights. One hour visit - that late and them again? No. Where is her favorite girl? I know what happened. She got tired of running back n forth. It happens. It’s life.
My good friend has come back from Alaska. Yea. I missed her. We have the same first name and same middle name. Old friends good for the soul.
I need some milk n cookies. Can sleep in a lil bit tomorrow. Don’t have my first client till 10.
