not looking good in Procrastination Journal

I haven’t had a panic attack since my mom died.

And before that it was in high school.

And I am on my fourth one in a week. Second one today.

So looks like this is happening again. And this time I have no mother to help me through it.

It doesn’t help that bad things keep happening, and that Step 1 stress is going full steam.
