Three Things Sunday, August 27, 2006
Madilyn is no longer with us. She lost her battle with her unknown illness at 1:32 PM on Thursday, August 24th, 2006. She was born on an unknown day, but was about one year old. She is survived by one lonely goldfish with no name.
Keith or Keith's Girlfriend tried once again to message me on Yahoo. Once again I deleted. I really thought I had them on block. Now I know I do.
My drinking buddies and me got into a huge disagreement. This is a long story but I am going to try to type it out quickly. They called me 2 weeks ago and invited me to Kyles Birthday party scheduled for tonight. They asked me to cat sit for them 2 weeks ago. I did. They asked to use my camera. I said yes. Then two days ago I asked them... "sooo who's driving?"
They said, "what we did last time."
I said, "Last time you invited me over. Got me drunk. Then told me I was driving. (after leading me to believe
Wendy was driving."
They said, "No, Jeff drove."
I said, "No, you told me Jeff was driving home from the bar, but because he was drunk you thought I should
drive. So I did."
They said, "Oh umm.."
I then explained to them that I wasn't driving drunk, risking my life or others, or risking going to jail for them. I then suggested one person not drink at home and drive us there, then I wouldn't drink at the bar and drive us home. They said, "Ummm ok.. we'll call you."
I never heard anything from them. Instead, they "univited me." Ok. Whatever.
THEN! At 1:20 AM Kyle calls me. ( drunk) "I know you are mad at me ... but I just need you as a friend right now... ummm shit went down at the bar..."
I politely explained that I would give him a ride home if he needed it, but not really as a friend. I explained how friends in my world treat me and that they didn't fit the profile. I explained that what they did was selfish, disgusting, and pathetic and that I didn't want anything to do with that kind of person. I told Kyle that he can drop my camera off at my apartment tomorrow and we would be finished.
THEN! Lisa calls me. (drunk) "I am sooo sorry! I didn't know what happened. They told me you had a different party to go to. I love you.... blah blah blah" I simply explained to her that I don't remember getting a call from her to find out why I wasn't coming."
Yeah, they are calling me tomorrow so we can get together and talk about all this.
Give me my camera back, give me my camera back, you bitch I want my camera back. And don't forget my black tshirt.

Sorry to hear about Madilyn :(
Don't answer the phone tomorrow. I'm glad you stood up for yourself and demanded respect. I wish more women (or people in general) did that. It would solve a lot of problems in this world, if you ask me.
Which you didn't, but I told you anyway. So there. A free opinion. Tell everyone I'm giving them out like crazy lately...

Random Noter: Freaked me out at first trying to figure out who/what Madilyn was... I thought it was a person at first!! SOrry your friends are being jerks. friends can be selfish and rude at times. this sounds like one of those times. i cant understand why they were mad and uninvited you. your suggestion sounds like a great idea. i think its horrible that they called you though. its like rubbing salt in the wound. maybe since it sounds like things went sour though it was better that you didnt go. karma is a bitch and it sounds like it decided not to wait to ruin their night since they ruined yours.
