    5, 5, 5 @ +27.5 lbs (-2.5 lbs)

    BB Bent-over Row: 5 @ 90 lbs
    8, 8, 8 @ 125 lbs (-15 lbs)

    Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown: 12, 12, 10 @ 99 lbs

    EZ-BB Curl: 10, 10, 10 @ 50 lbs
    DB Curl: 15, 15 @ 17.5 lbs

    Reverse Flyes: 3x10 @ 10 lbs; 2x15 @ 5 lbs

    upper stretching

    Crux of workout: 53 minutes

Ya know, I’ve tried doing stuff like this before, but doing just a pull workout felt empty. More muscle fatigue than metabolic fatigue. Interesting.
