Humans near the moon in Adventures in paradise

Whilst I have always been completely fascinated by Space and the thought of Outer Space, following this Artemis II journey to do a slingshot around the moon has been something else.  Sceptic's have often said that the moon landing in the 1960's was fake, and the no-sayers are out in force again about this one, but I also feel it's pretty hard to fake something like this, even in the age of AI.

I guess what fascinates me most is the sheer speeds that this thing can do with 4 Astronauts inside of it.  It can travel over 400,000km in a matter of days?  The entire mission takes just 10 days?  There's photos they've been taking from the spaceship and even a jar of Nutella floating around up there.  The photos have been absolutely phenomenal in my opinion.  And the temperatures this thing will reach upon re-entering the Earth's atmosphere?  We're talking two to three times to temperature of the surface of the SUN, if what I've been reading is anything to go by!?

Look, I am as fascinated by all this as the next person, but how do four human beings survive those speeds and those temperatures?  Even with the technology we have today?  Are they robots?  Is this real?  Are they up there at all?  Am I a nay-sayer?  I'm too fascinated by space and the thought that I'm a speck of atoms living on a spinning ball in the sky, third rock from the sun.

I found myself looking up at the moon from here in Australia, and thinking, "Shouldn't there be like a slight speck or something in front of the moon?" LOL, I know I don't have a telescope or anything, and apparently they are looking at the far-side of the moon, but I couldn't help but think the spaceship should be in front of that moonlight.

Anyway, hopefully all this IS real and we do actually have the technology and science and engineering to be able to pull off supersonic speeds and ultra heat-protection without a body imploding on itself, and if we do, can I just jump in one of these things can be in LA or NYC in the space of like 10 minutes instead of a 24 hour flight?  I'm sure I can put on one of those jumpsuit space thingy's for the duration of the trip.

How amazing to be living in a time when something like this is possible.
