...there seems to have been a shift with the wife. We had two playdates, and they were both really hot, but she seems to have cooled on me since the last date. I went back and thought about everything that was said, and I can't for the life of me think of something where the conversation was awkward or where I put my foot in my mouth.
Maybe she's just done with me?
Maybe she got bored?
Or...maybe she has other stuff on her plate. She is *very* popular in the chat groups that we frequent, fielding attention from lots of people.
That said, she has been more quiet in the chats, so I am choosing to believe that she is just busy rather than let the brain monkeys tell me something different about me being bad company or bad in the sack. Not that I don't worry about that sometimes - I'm not young and hung like a horse, you know - but in this case, I don't think that's the issue.
Lots of dating going on. I've connected with some really nice ladies and have been on some fun dates, and I continue to make connections in the chats. There is one woman in particular with whom I have had some spicy conversations, and while we have met in person, we haven't so much as kissed. I think that will change the next time we see each other.
