Back to the box dinners do whatttt??
So here is what I did. ( keep in mind for 8 and 4 of which are oversized boys between 14 and 21, plus the husband myself and mother in law)
6 chicken breasts diced and pan fried with your fav seasonings.
1 lb pasta, cooked to al dente
1 lb broccoli ( double this, seriously....)
1/2 package FAKE velveeta, yeah I used the offbrand. More or less to taste of course!
3 cans cream of Chicken soup, plus one half can per of whole milk. I put the milk in the cans and "wash out the cans" with it.
So fry the chicken, place into two sheet pans ( or do less and one pan, thats cool too)
Prepare your pasta while your chicken cooks
Deglaze the pan by mixing in your soup and milk.
Slowly add in cubes of velveeta cheese and melty melty.
In the pan I do "organize" my foods because its pretty. 1/2 pan pasta, 1/2 pan chicken,
Finely chop your broccolis and arrange down the middle. See Pretty!
Pour your soup cheese over the whole pan.
Mixy mixy ( if you want. Or leave pretty up to you!)
Pop in the oven at 350 for half hour or so to get everything all mixed together hot and flavors mixing.
I do not know about freezing the soup and cheese however. If I was going to meal prep this, I would prob get a rotisserie and shred it, Then mix in chopped broccoli. And freeze together, then do the soup and cheese day of.
Seriously they keep going back for more. I told them they gotta leave some for their older brothers. The younger 3 kids ate an entire sheet pan already.
