The house of Pisces is the last house; twelve of twelve. As such it is the crescendo of the entire zodiac, taking up into itself every aspect learned from the journey through every other sign. Twelfth house Pluto is experiencing the Cosmic totality of the zodiac and it’s progression and development through each sign, in Pisces.
Pisces is the sign of dissolution. It dissolves and makes watery and vague the lines of definition between self and other, self and Self, Self and Cosmos. Pisces beckons the soul’s return into Source, consciously, and in the lifetime of the Piscean Pluto. Pluto demands transformation, rebirth; and Pisces demands a spiritual-soul awakening.
I feel that to have a twelfth house Pluto may only be exacerbated by a North Node in Pisces. The North Node of the Moon, symbolizing the meaningful path for ones purpose in this life; the soul’s future purpose. And the Moon, being the individuated personality of the individual; one with North Node Pisces is meant to consciously step into the abyss of complete union with Source.
I sense a terror, here. Right here, as the twelfth house Pluto makes their way through the foggy mists of Pisces, it may suddenly become apparent to them that they are about to step over a cliff edge. Unable to move forward for the paralyzing fear of falling, and afraid to go back, they become frozen. Unwilling to make a decision, they stagnate in this place of indecisive paralysis. Insufficient will force is at hand in this dissolusive, foggy realm to impel them forward, or backward. Then, there must come some cataclysmic event to impel the individual one way or the other. This event may seem external. But in this dissolusive place, there is no real boundary between external and internal.
And perhaps, through this movement the individual may experience or realize that the cataclysm is part of their own Self propeling them into relationship with the experience in order to have this exact realization. Or perhaps they come to understand that even the cliff-edge is a part of themselves, and allow the dissolution of their identity into the Unity with the Cosmos with this realization. Or perhaps, they jump back and propel themselves backwards believing that the cataclysm almost tipped them over the brink into a void of pain and death.
Each one of these experiences is probable, and every one will probably be experienced many times in the life of Pluto in the twelfth house. It is a lesson of learning to trust in the spiritual oneness of all creation.
