Going to the Bar Saturday, February 12, 2005
Tonight I am going out with Jeff, Kyle, Lisa, and Wendy for the first time in months. Lisa called me on Wednesday and asked me to join them at a new bar on the south side. I said I would love to. I don't know if I would love to, but going out sounds fun. I haven't been out in a while. My main goal tonight, is to have a good time with out getting trashed. In other words, I am going to try my best to not drink until I pass out.
I am kind of excited about the whole going out again thing. These are really the only people I know that I can still go out with. Everyone else I know is married with children. I guess that is what happens when you are 29 years old and not married yet. Oh well. Maybe I'll meet a guy tonight at the bar. That's how most of my friends met their matches.
I have some pretty cool news. We got new computers at work. I asked the owner what he was doing with the old computer. He said, "I don't know, you want it?" And of course I said yes. So he says, "Ok, it's yours!" I was pretty excited. So when everything is transferred over to the new computer I get the old one. It has windows 98 on it so I am really happy! I can't wait to get it home. I will now have 3 computers in this room, so I think what I will do is switch it with this computer, and give this computer to my mom and dad. They really need a computer. The computer from work has excel so that is really cool. I never really liked this computer to start with. However, it's perfect for my mom and dad. They really need to get online. They tried once before but couldn't figure it out. They are old... I forgive them.
Ok, I am off to go shopping for a new shirt. Oh, and I need to wash my Ally Mobile. Can't go to a bar in a dirty car.
