Breaking goals. in Diet and exercise.

I beat my goal, i started dieting on September 5th or 4th and was 16‘10, 3 months on and i wanted to be 14 stone. Last week my weight went up by 2lbs, it didn’t really depress me, it simply spurred me on to try harder so this week i lost 7lbs. I’m hoping to be 147lbs for summer, at this rate i think it will be achievable if i keep on my current routine of regular exercise and good healthy eating.

It’s been a bumpy road so far with ups and downs in both weight and morale, determination and strength. I guess i can list the weights from week to week to see how far i’ve come.

This week is going to be the whole lose a stone in a week crash diet thing i’m trying, i don’t really like the idea of crash dieting but you get free reign over fruit for dinner on most days and lots of vitamins and protein from the vegetables grapefruit and meat. When i started yesterday i’m pretty sure i was 13‘13 or 14‘0 from what my scales where telling me, theyre generous by a few lbs and weighed me at 13‘10/11 and today at 13‘8.

Rays said she would be home for the 1st of December, She’s probably busy sorting her life out but i wonder if she will see a difference, i wonder if she came back at all infact. I guess it doesn’t matter.
