The good stuff

The good stuff when you’re feeling really bad:

  • Comfort food-
    Chocolate chip ice cream, orange juice, lemon cream cake, strawberry soda-
    in any combination since you can’t really taste much when your nose is stuffed up.
  • Pillows-
    The big fluffy kind that you can prop yourself up in to sleep half sitting,
    The one smaller one just for hugging.
  • Flannel-
    Nightgown with elastic wrists, lace collar, and poet shirt lines,
    Sheets worn to perfect softness.
  • Comforter-
    Inches thick insulation against the chills,
    Heavy enough to feel like a hug.
