Last night's sleep: <5 hours (insomnia)
I’m on campus early anyway, so I did some foam rolling, ten minutes walking, and some stretching. At most, I’d consider it active recovery. Doing nothing tends to trigger my depression. Had issues falling asleep last night. Don’t need to be up early tomorrow, so I should get enough sleep tonight.
I need a nap.
