From my face. At the gym.

It’s gross but i was just sick so hard at the gym it came out of my nose because i grabbed my mouth quickly, little lesson to anyone interested in the gym, never eat before you go, I’d recommend waiting like 4-5 hours for everything to digest.

I feel kinda fat today, my motivation is gone since that last weigh in and its kind of a bummer. I’ve decided I’m going to cleanse my system and begin re shrinking my stomach by eating under 300 calories for the next 3 days.

It sounds kind of drastic but its a quick fix since i feel like my stomachs expanded and i don’t want to lose my way again after all this work.

In other news Christmas is almost here! yay

I may of spent £810 on a 49 inch 4k TV to treat myself / bankrupt myself.
It has brought me happiness though, my mum got me an Xbox one and halo master chief collections which I’ve been caught up with, so i get to spend some time with my friend Adam. He made some comment about me not getting her a present in front of her yesterday because “I’m only getting presents for people i care for”, those where my words but it was taken out of context. She didn’t like me in the first place, but she certainly won’t like me now. So I’ve been guilted into buying her something basically so I’ll try get his new address off him and send something.

here’s a picture of my new baby anyway, I’ve never owned such an expensive TV but it was well worth the price.

Well i guess I’ll just wait till Friday and see the damage, I’m always first to get weighed and everyone’s just kinda standing around like.

I kinda wanted to complain about Sean and his demon girlfriend who’s destroying his life but I’ve decided it’s not worth worrying about, it’s something he will have to figure out on his own.
