Today was a great day. I was able to sleep around 7.5 hours, and even took a quick nap in the afternoon. I did have weird dreams again, but already forgot the context (other than it’s not disturbing). Just happy as always that I didn’t have any of the bad 3, nor did I have feelings of anxiety or panic so it all works out well.
Aside from studying some Japanese, it’s been a very lazy Saturday for me. I spent majority of my time watching YouTube vids, catching up on manga, and a lot of mindless scrolling (lol). My legs, as expected, are sore from yesterday’s workout.
Nothing else to report. Happy with how today turned out, for sure.
