Today was a great day. I was able to sleep 8 hours in total, which was a surprise considering I slept a lot later than my usual. I did have some weird dreams again relating to having a new job, but nothing disturbing. As always, just happy that I didn’t have any of the bad 3, nor did I have feelings of anxiety or panic so all good.
Decided to work out early today since it’s a holiday + went to the mall to look for some stuff and hear mass. Hit chest + shoulders + triceps and it was a solid session, although my right shoulder felt slightly iffy on the incline press. The chapel was packed - understandable since we celebrate the Immaculate Conception i.e., Mary being born without original sin.
Quite satisfied with how today went - tomorrow, I go back to my usual job hunting.
