Today was a great day. I was able to sleep almost 9 hours - conked out from Friday’s workout + yesterday’s activities for sure. I did have weird dreams again about work, but nothing disturbing. Didn’t have any of the bad 3, nor did I have feelings of anxiety or panic so I’m grateful for that.
It’s been a very light/lazy Sunday. Spent majority of my time laying down, browsing, and watching random YouTube videos. I also heard mass online since today is the celebration of the feast of Christ the King - just like that, next week is already Advent! How fast time has truly flown.
Nothing else to report. Hopefully the final week of November brings about more opportunities.
