Today was a great day. I was able to sleep about 7.5 hours last night without a hitch. I did have some weird dreams again (contents of which I already forgot), but I’m sure nothing disturbing. My consolation as always is that I didn’t have any of the bad 3, nor did I have feelings of anxiety or panic.
I went to the mall earlier this morning to get some stuff and hear mass. It’s so crazy that next week marks Christ the King - the months have really flown by so quickly.
Nothing else to report, really. Happy with how today turned out.
