I use the word love so much
in our texts that
my phone has started to slip
the word into places
that it doesn’t belong,
but that are similarly spelled.
Did you used to love there?
She loves in an apartment.
I can give you a love to work.
It makes me happy to know
that the more we express
our love, the more we teach
everything around us
to put love in new places
that it didn’t fit quite right before.
