Today was a good day. I slept late last night once more, and suprisingly, was still able to get almost 8 hours of sleep. Had weird dreams again, but nothing disturbing, as always. I didn’t have any of the bad 3, but as expected, had some instances of anxiety/panic once more.
Work was quite busy today - there were a number of documents that came to my plate, on top of the other adhoc stuff I had to work on. I also accomplished my mid-year self-reflection, although to be honest, I”m no longer “feeling it”. I’ve been feeling disengaged for the last couple months due to having no clear guidance or direction that I’m starting to not care at all anymore. Then again, it’s just work - shouldn’t make my life revolve around it. Even as of this writing, I’m feeling truly annoyed.
Just hoping that tomorrow turns out better.
