Court this morning....mom will have to bring some paper about her psychiatric evaluation to the judge at the next court date. January 13th. Urgh, but there has been progress. The case WILL be dropped or....retired as they called it. Retired apparently means the case is dropped but if she gets in trouble in the next year they can bring it back up. The sharky lawyer talked with moms crappy DHS lawyer who was there for some other case about dropping the terms of visitation. Right now the conditions of Bond prevent visitation. Then talked to the judge to be something to happen the 13th.
Mom wanted to go out for lunch
