Today is beautiful - 80 degrees and sunny. I have to do the Stoners. So glad it’s nice out. The last couple of sundays sucked as far as weather goes. So we can sit can out side by the pond and talk about Ohio and old school things. I can make him forget how fucked up he is at least for a while. Then leave come home and see if there is any nrg left in me to do anything towards getting things done. Simple things…laundry, the floor swept. Exhaustion hits like a wrecking ball and takes me down to laying on couch with the tv on waiting on a nap to hit then the guilt ( my own doing) for not getting things done.
A warm breeze is coming thru the window. Sweet. We have a cold front coming thru this week. Lows in the low 60’s thru the day and low 50’s at night mayby 40’s. Thankfully I have warm clothes and a warm home and 2 dogs that love me. O! Speaking of dogs…The Japense Chin was on Dogs 101 yesturday on Animal Planet. Romeo McGuillicuddy is one of these handsome devils. Loveable, silly and so full of love he waits outside the door while I shower and if the door isn’t quite shut enough comes in and waits. He is a very good boy. What’s funny is - He hates to eat alone. He won’t eat if he is alone. So I sit while he eats while the dry kibble ( and sweet potatoes cooked till tender ) smell wafes up in the air and he ever so carefully seperates his kibble and eats each and every piece by themselves. Off to the Stoners. I hope they get him high for they leave.
