I made a few modifications this time to my moose farts.
Dry ingredients.
1 cup ground mixed nuts
1 cup ground pecans
1 14 oz bag shredded sweet coconut
6 scoops Orgain vanilla protein powder ( no one wants to drink it sooo cooking it hahaha)
1 cup ish dark chocolate chips ( or light, whatever, I had dark left over from my dark chocolate coconut macaroons a few weeks ago)
Dash of brown sugar ( mostly because I had just mixed 4 cups of brown sugar and had a bit left over and wouldent fit in my dish so it stayed in the bowl lmao!)
Wet ingredients.
1-2 table spoons vanilla bean paste
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Honey to add more moisture, I just did dashes till it "came together"
Start by grinding all your nuts into fine ground powder/flour. This hides them!
Put in the mixer bowl.
Add in the rest of your dry ingredients.
Put in vanilla and condensed milk. Add honey while it mixes until everything comes together moist but not wet. Everything needs to feel moist.
Leave in the bowl and chill for 2 hours. Using a cookie scoop. Scoop even balls onto wax paper. Later in a dish and put back in the fridge.
These tasted FABULOUS and i really... barely got the mix in the fridge lmao...
