David Lebryk, the acting, interim Treasury Secretary, has been only too happy to enforce the anti-DEI executive order and the RTO order. (The Office of Personnel Management is in on those, too. Amazing how quickly they went from “we will protect our employees” to “someone get me some ice, my knees are killing me!”, isn’t it.) As if Scott Bessent isn’t going to be the next Treasury Secretary, and probably fire Lebryk along the way.
I have never seen such cowardice in my life. I’m so disgusted, I could about puke. “Federal employees do the job, regardless of who is president”? Yeah, when we’re not being forced the fuck out for not being straight, cis, white, Evangelical Christian men, or the people who pretend the leopards won’t eat their faces if they just vote for the “Leopards Eating Peoples’ Faces” Party!
So, given that “anti-DEI” means “women, yes, even cis women,” I’m pretty sure my time with the IRS is about done. Anyone hiring? I have a degree in English and philosophy, I can learn anything you want to teach me, and I have experience in management, office administration, legal assistance, and budgeting.
