Good morning! I slept in an extra hour and a half. It was glorious.
I’m making coffee and tea simultaneously. The coffee I will drink immediately. The tea I will put in my travel cup to sip after the coffee.
I’m taking Martini to daycare this morning so I can tend to my volunteer event today. I want to save the event for a “regular” entry and not just as part of the morning writing because I think it’s going to deserve a page of its own.
I love this new stand-up desk and walking pad combo! I only wish I’d done this sooner, but I’m glad I finally pulled the trigger. It wasn’t that expensive and the combo together took me about an hour to get completely set up.
C. finally called me yesterday. I thought he’d ghosted me. He’s such an odd character. Wanted to hang out last night but I said no because I just didn’t feel like it. I easily could have gotten myself together and met him out, but I asked him if he could maybe do something tonight. It’s kind of a maybe.
…which reminds me! I never got back to Diane about hanging out this weekend! There’s a big music/food festival happening in her hood! Whoops. Better go figure that out!
