So far i’ve burned 23 lbs, my goal is to lose another 12 over the coming 6 weeks. Its ambituous under 15 stone to aim for 2lbs a week but i feel if i work hard enough i can achieve it. I guess i kind of want to look a little different for when Rays back in town.
It’s weird that i started the day before she turned up, which was completely unrelated.
Anyway that’s the plan at least, today i’ve been kind of stressy and over ate a lot but i’m going to refocus and remember my goals for the coming weeks and attempt to exercise every day; infact i’m going to text Sean right now and ask him if he’s game for the gym.
my days are monotonous and drag by very slowly recently but i guess that should give me more room for exercise if i can bring myself to it. I keep waking up aching and then i miss my chance for a morning jog, there is no chance of me doing it during daytime because of my anxiety.
I’m going to try avoid doing weights and try focus on cardio, i really need to start doing pushups and situps again since i’ve reached that key weight where it becomes difficult again, it will become even harder once i reach 14 stone and so on and so forth i will have to keep upping the exercise with each increment of a stone lost.
