I’ve realised how much has changed since last updating you all…
I have some news. Penny (our hamster) died around April… Zoe was very upset about it. We had to rehome our snakes as well because we just weren’t handling them enough and Bindi still wasn’t eating. Mufasa (snail) has showed his head and is awake a lot now, we bought him a heat mat so he has a constant heat source.
We finally got our heating and electricity sorted, we all have beds now. But we’re still struggling with money.
Zoe was electrocuted whilst in work back in May, she’s gone through a No Win No Fee solicitor, so we should be getting the compensation from that soon… Zoe said she’s putting it in my account to get me out of my overdraft. Then we should be getting there… -sighs-
I’m tired, I’m on my final shift until next Thursday. No, not going on holiday, going on an Equality and Diversity Conference… Yay. I think I may have to drive there, but I’m not terribly fussed… I think I may prefer it, instead of getting a lift, because the other guy I went with last time, his wife is coming with us as she’s a guest speaker… I’ll get the money back for my petrol like…
