How so in A transparent lockbox

One of the largest mysteries of life and my mind is infatuation and love. Just how in the span of a day, you can feel like you have fallen in and out of love with someone. The entire rush of getting to know a person, exploring their world, wanting to find out all there is to know, and then thud, it ends. Conversations run dry, chemistry stagnates, and there’s just an unearthed discomfort that is possibly the greatest mystery to man. How is it possible to fall in and out of love in a day? It is like there’s a flame burning between my ribs and with the slightest breeze, poof. It seems to be the exploration of the lifecycle of my neurotransmitters.
