Watching for the first time ever - Breaking Bad on AMC. Wow! What a show. I had no idea. It is unreal that it is on tv.... Now have some wonderful news~ The Bucs won today! It was an awesome game. Pittsburg was as much in shock as I was.
I met a new client today and decided to accept them ongoing. Yes, I know I am missing out on the hours but I am gaining positive nrg, art and longevity. What I am replacing is an 88 yr. old stage 4 lung cancer and 12 hours. This shift is only 4 hours and it isn’t emotionally taxing. I made my decision on a gut feeling and I belive that is where the real answers are. If I ignore it I always end up regretting it. Always.
Now the gentleman I take care of is a VA and his wife has the same name as mine. The house is an artist house. Purple and sherbet orange are the colors. Big giant poppies are on the wall. The yard is 3 lots big and you don’t see the neibs across the street or anywhere else for that matter. They have a killer water feature and at the top is a wizard and at the bottom a pond that holds koi. There are angel trumpets, morning glories, skulls, beads, paths that lead to the unkown. He use to work with glass and she is an artist. When I walked in I smelled pot - it felt like I was at home instantly. I don’t do it anymore but I love the smell. He needs it ~ it helps him. Everyone is nice and easy going. I know I need this for my soul and I know I will learn from this family. That is why I took the job ~ I need the nrg. I give it a way so much I need a place to recoup it yes I am giving it a way but I am getting way more back. So as they say in this bizz it is a good fit.
It is raining again like the sky is crying over some reason that I don’t know. It’s ok. The kids got there walk tonight even tho it wasn’t the 3 mile walk they wanted. Do that sometime this week just not tonight. I hope this week goes smooth. We can only hope.
