I actually took a walk this late afternoon early evening in a nice soft summer rain. No thunder no lightening. We were almost home the kids and I when this dog ran to us of course. Part Rotty and part something else. Like a light switch I got terrified. Just froze. The I took the mode I am most comfortable in that was the control and I calmed down quick just as fast as I got scared. I could not let this nrg pass thru the dogs so I said - Eassssy Eassssy. There was some fat chick on the corner yelling for her dog. I told her RUN… of course she couldn’t. I told her to pick up her feet and RUN! She finally got to gimping up to me. She apologized all over herself. I explained that we were mauled by a pit and I suffer from PTSS. She said she understood. I don’t know if she did or not but I just wanted to get home. When it hits it takes alot out of me. It zaps my nrg or what I have left of it.

I did a nice gentleman this a.m. He was an RN and a VA. from P.R. I made him a nice breakfast and if your toaster ever dies the George Forman grill works just as good flattens the bread a lil but hey. Then I made chix for him for dinner later that night. I got 3 pieces of chix and coated them with this stuff and put in the oven and baked it till almost done. I left instructions for his daughter to finish it up along with the french fries he wanted. Came home and stayed here the rest of the day. Much needed much deserved. Every time I take a nap on the couch Casie wakes me up. Every time. It’s like I’m home pay attention to me. It’s ok. She is my Booger Head and I love her. Even Romeo liked the walk in the rain. At first he was like no way. I called him a sissy and said come on and soon he forgot it was raining. I was suprized I was the only one walking in it. It did feel good. The first summer rain I walked in all year.
