Update: This is the next contender. It says modular homes allowed. Our realtor talked to theirs and they said manufactured are okay as long as 1,100 Sq ft which is what mine is. They also said lot next to them might have their deal falling through. Not sure on cost yet but might be able to buy 2 seperate.

Update: realtor pulled the deed restrictions on that property and we are good to go! Manufactured homes 1100 square ft and up. And the property next door might have their deal falling through but we have to wait and see on that. Bestie and her mom will have to go visit it without me next week but she will face time me.
