Update: Saw our first property in person today. We fell in love with it but learned the hard way about deed restrictions. 1500 sq ft minimum homes and no mobile homes. Just because its advertised with “no restrictions” online doesn’t mean shit. County won’t enforce them but we cant get building permits.
