Our local parks have made an effort to cultivate native Ohio plants, it's a lot of hard work, and as much as I love the look of Queen Anne's Lace, it is considered a noxious weed here as well as the wild parsnip. I should take one of the native plant tours they host to learn what's truly native here.

I like roadside flowers! Chicory is blooming here and the perennial sunflowers. Queen Annβs Lace . Even the purple thistles can look attractive :-)
