BREAKFAST
1 Belgian waffle w/ syrup

LUNCH
1 whole wheat piece of bread
1 serving of peanut butter
1 serving of honey
1 banana

SNACK
1 cup of homemade hot chocolate

LUNCH
5.5 ounces of rotisserie chicken
1 serving of mashed potatoes
1/2 - 1 serving of peas

SNACK
1 serving of Lily’s dark chocolate chips (50 calories, no sugar)

NOTES
It was a pretty good day today. I met my grandma for breakfast. Wanted something other than eggs. I wanted a hot chocolate but just got water, and then drank my own hot chocolate with no sugar at home.
