NOTES
I have not purchased a chai yet this year. My boss bought me one, and a coworker bought me another one. So I have had 2 in the last almost 4 weeks. Oh, I did buy a hot chocolate too. So technically 3 sugary drinks this year so far. Far cry from 5/6 a week. I am very proud of this.
I felt like I ate way too much at lunch. My plan was to have tacos for dinner (my tacos are just ground chuck on a hard shell with some cheese), but then I felt like my lunch was so heavy… And my idea of tacos doesn’t really incorporate ANY vegetables whatsoever… I wasn’t actually hungry either at the time… So I said screw it. I just steamed a bag of vegetables so I would get another serving or two of vegetables in today.
I probably should’ve made something with a little more substance for dinner though. Maybe not tacos. But now it’s 9PM, and I could really go for a cheeseburger. Lucky for me, my baby’s asleep so I cannot go get one from my favorite local restaurant, and I’ve never been good at making burgers. So, I’ll just drink some water, take a teaspoon of honey for the sore throat that I’ve been battling the last few days, and try to get to sleep asap to put it out of my mind.

Drink a glass of water and then eat a snack if you’re still hungry after 30 minutes. Great job on all your progress!!
