Day 21- World meditation day, How I relax
How does one with EDS relax when so many of their bodily systems and dysfunctional and they are constantly fatigued? It’s different for everyone but here are some of my ways.
1) Naps/ trying to sleep
2) Laying down and putting away the computer and phone
4) Epsom salt bath
5) Phone call with J
6) Latchooking or some other craft
7) Playing Animal Crossing New Horizons on nintendo switch <3
