Anxiety help… in Life Lessons

Can someone just talk me down I guess? I’m having some bad anxiety… my in laws are here… they give me major anxiety… I wish it wasn’t this way but it is. Being around them gives me so much anxiety because my MIL is so rude to me… it’s literally making me sick.. I try to tell my husband but as soon as they get here he gives them all his attention and tells me to calm down. He thinks I’m overreacting. He has one sister so MIL and SIL have their “clique” and ignore me and same with my husband and FIL… I’m the 5th wheel and feel so unwanted and uncomfortable because I can tell they don’t like me… idk what to do. Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about having kids (but doing want them don’t) I guess just dreaming of the future… but my husband has no patience and is still a little immature and also has bad language on occasion… my in laws are a mess too, bad language, disrespectful, I know they won’t respect my wishes regarding a child… but I don’t think my husband will back me up on “rules” cause he doesn’t want a wuss of a child… I don’t think my rules will make a wuss… I just need help… any tips with anxiety?

Maybe when they say something you don't like say to them "well you can always leave and there is the door....I wouldn't put up with that. Your home your rules. That is how it is at their house right?
