I have fine , thin hair . I also have chronic anemia. I notice when I forget to take my iron for a few days my hair starts coming out in the bath. So it’s important to stay on that , I also take collagen , biotin , saw palmetto and Lysine . All recommended to boost your hair and skin. I do notice a big difference when I am taking them.
As for shampoo I just use herbal essence chamomile and Aussie 3 minute miracle for conditioner. I wash my hair every day and condition every other. I keep it bobbed. I don’t have to color it as there is just a tiny bit of white silver in it so far and it blends pretty well with the blonde. I don’t use the hair curler or dryer on it very often. It’s usually just wash and wear :-)
