Six weeks after I last ran I went to the gym this morning and went on the treadmill with a simple plan: walk for five minutes, speed up to run and see how it goes; run and walk as I needed.
But I kept going. I ran for 20 minutes and only stopped because i wanted five minutes to cool down and didn’t want to be more than half an hour so I could get back to T.
After months and months of running being hard and very painful, it just seemed to come more easily. Could be because it was a treadmill but why ever, it felt good!!
