Its been a while since i made a concoction. But i have a new one!!
Ive been in extreme pain every day for years. Every step i take is blinding pain, by the end of the evening i cant walk at all due to pain. The best way i can describe it is the sharp pain and bruised feeling when you step on a lego. So i do a lot to try to find pain help.
This is what i tried this evening.
Base two large scoops of shae butter ( raw and unscented) into a bowl.
1 large spoon/scoop of cannabis tincture ( cannabis soaked on coconut oil, not strained, solidified. ) The longer that one sits the better/stronger the oil is.
Essential oils.
10 drops pine/spruce
10 drops frankincense
10 drops cypress
10 drops ceder
5 drops peppermint
5 drops clove
Heat the base till both are liquefied. The Coconut oil will heat at skin temperature, the shae butter takes a bit longer ( about a minute on medium heat) mix in EOs and allow the mix to cool and solidify.
I used it warm and was able to walk a few steps without the pain im so very used to. Which is a lot. My mother in law took a finger of the warm mix and rubbed it on her swollen tendon which is causing pain and was able to reduce the pain topically.
Ill weigh back in at a later date at its long term help. in the meantime, it felt good to be mixing oils and bases again!!

Interesting . I do not use oils for much besides putting them in my diffuser. I have to be careful to only use pet friendly ones . I do use patchouli in bath wash and sometimes rose . I use tea tree oil on bug bites . :-)

I generally dont diffuse oils because they are so strong for the animals!
Unfortunately it didnt help my pain for long though :/
