I can't believe I went all fall and winter without getting a bad cold or other virus and now I am really sick with head congestion, cough, earache, chills, and a bad headache. it's going on 2 weeks being sick. I had to use Morgan's nebulizer. I think this might be the flu, or not. I feel crappy. if I am still sick on Monday I am going to make a doctors appointment.
it is difficult to take care of the kids right now. I don't feel up to cooking meals. they have been eating easy fix foods. I know they get a well balanced meal and snack at school. Tucker gets breakfast and lunch, Morgan gets lunch and snack. sometimes they eat it and like it, sometimes they don't eat while they are at school. when they don't eat they are so hungry when they get home. I fix them something warm. Morgan likes oatmeal. I see nothing wrong with giving her a bowl of oatmeal and some fruit for dinner. Tucker likes pancakes/french toast/waffles, and he will have that with fruit and milk for dinner. not everyday..
I am at a loss as what to cook for Easter dinner. guess I best figure that out real fast! I should invite my brother and step mother. I see myself saying I should, the truth is I don't want to because I don't feel well! I still need to shop for the kids basket goodies. I also need to get the eggs colored. they will have fun with that. not going to invite the brother or step mother. I will see step mother on Saturday at Josslynn's birthday party.
I am very tired. I am going to go fix myself some dinner and then go to sleep. I took a very good nap today, slept very sound. I know I need sleep! and food. ...
