I walked the gym just now and i had a quid on me so i figured why not see how my weeks gone. Turns out it's gone quite well anyway.
I lost 1.7kg of fat but only lost 1kg of weight so that means i also gained .7kg of muscle! (Beast mode activates)

As long as i can keep to my goal of losing 2lbs a week i think i'll be fine, 2lbs a week should make 8lb a month and i'm aiming for 7lb a month which is half a stone! and i need to lose 4 stone!
